Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a holistic approach acknowledges that pelvic imbalances have root causes on many levels. What is happening on a physical level in your body, may have many contributing factors including emotional, energetic, past traumas, and societal and familial limiting beliefs, in addition to the more obvious physical and situational causes. Combining traditional pelvic physical therapy with accessing the emotional and energetic realm in the pelvis, subtle touch energy medicine, and Root Wisdom Coaching (see separate link for a more full description), we can create a comprehensive approach to your pelvic care.
