Service Description

Through this interactive process of sharing and education we can begin to take the first steps in your wellness. In the comfort of your home, with your exercise mat handy, we can share specific first steps tailored to your healing journey. You will also feel like you have more of the "owner's manual" to your pelvis and body to make more meaningful next steps. With our Zoom session, you will have the option to receive a recording of our session for a period of time to allow more of a deeper understanding and more opportunity to integrate the work. Please email or call to schedule this appointment as there are fewer constrictions in the options that are location based on my online scheduler.
