A large part of our work together is educational. This is a great way to further your understanding of your body and the steps in your healing journey. Also, based on your progress and symptoms, we can advance your home exercise program on our mats with demonstrations of your next steps. There will also be the option to received a recording of our session for you to replay and integrate. Doing a virtual session is a great way to be on your healing path with the convenience of being in your home. It is best to call to make this appointment as available hours are more expanded for this service than are on the website. When booking this appointment you are agreeing to being contacted by text and phone, and also to doing a Zoom session together.
